At Walt Whitman, all students are expected to attain success in our safe and nurturing environment. We believe that utilizing a rigorous standards-based curriculum, ongoing assessment, feedback toward academic, physical, social and emotional improvement along with parent-teacher collaboration; our students will be successful in school and in society.

At Walt Whitman Middle School 246, all students will be prepared for College and Career through teacher collaboration and rigorous instruction in a safe environment.
